Annette Bartley-Satuyi, MD, FAAP
Dr. Annette Bartley-Satuyi, a native of Jamaica, attended Hunter College of the City University of New York where she received her B.A. Degree in Biology. She earned her Medical Degree from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and then completed her Pediatric Internship and Residency at New York University Medical Center.
Dr. Bartley-Satuyi currently serves as the Medical Director of Children First, LLC and sees patients at both the Largo and Columbia locations. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics, and active Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a current member of the Children's National Pediatric Health Network.
In her spare time, Dr. Bartley-Satuyi enjoys spending time with her family, loves to travel and actively engages in many community outreach and mentoring programs locally and internationally. She is also very active in the Children's Ministry at her church.
Sameera Imtiaz, PA-C
Sameera Imtiaz, a certified Physician Associate, attended Towson University, where she received her master's degree, in Physician Assistant Studies.
She has been working as a Pediatric PA since 2017. She started working for Children First, LLC, in September 2024. When asked, PA Sameera finds being in healthcare the most rewarding experience as she truly enjoys working with children.
In her spare time, PA Sameera enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her two children.
Norae Woodard, CRNP, PNP-PC
Norae Woodard, CRNP is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Originally a Maryland native, Norae obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the accelerated program at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. There she started her nursing career as a Postpartum Nurse at Northside Hospital Atlanta, where she provided care to low-to-moderate-risk newborns and postpartum women.
While in Georgia she also worked as an Emergency Department Nurse at Emory University Hospital, caring for patients with acute illness and trauma. Norae graduated with her Masters of Science in Nursing, specializing in Pediatric Primary Care from Emory University, Atlanta, GA. Norae has always desired to care for children and their families, in the hope to make a healthier impact - one child at a time. Norae has a special interest in childhood obesity management and newborns.
In her free time, Norae loves spending time with family, discovering new recipes & restaurants, and traveling to different countries.
Simone Wilson, MSN, FNP-C
Simone Wilson is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has been a Registered Nurse since 2018 and became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2023. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Wilmington University and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Howard University.
Simone has a strong interest in developmental pediatrics, preventive care, and nutrition. She is passionate about supporting young people and helping them reach their fullest potential. She enjoys building meaningful connections with patients and their families while serving communities, especially those who are underserved and underrepresented.
Outside of work, Simone enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and Brew (her dog), listening to music, and traveling.
KaToya Lee, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
KaToya Lee is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) with more than 15 years of clinical experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern University A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in 2005 and later completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practice from Southern University A&M College in 2009.
Nurse Practitioner Lee brings extensive experience across family practice, pediatrics, urgent care, internal medicine, occupational medicine, mental health, and academia. Her diverse clinical background allows her to provide comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based care to patients and families.
She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., the National Black Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and serving her community.
Nurse Practitioner Lee joined the Children First family in 2022 and currently sees patients at the Largo and Columbia locations. She looks forward to partnering with families to support the health and well-being of their children.
